Leaders and Countries Involved in World War II
There is a very long list of the various leaders and countries that were involved in fighting and had contributed to World War II and its both good and bad results.
There were two opposing sides that were part of World War II. One side was known as the Allies. The leaders of the Allies were Joseph Stalin, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and Chiang Kai-shek. The other side was known as the Axis Powers. The leaders of the Axis Powers were Adolf Hitler, Hirohito, and Benito Mussolini.
There were about forty-five countries that were involved in World War II. On the Allied side of World War II were the Soviet Union, the United States of America, the British Empire, China, Fance, Poland, Canada, Australia, India, Yugoslavia, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, South Africa, New Zealand, Norway, Czechoslovakia, Ethiopia, Brazil, Denmark, Luxembourg, Cuba, Mexio, the Philippines, Mongolia, and Iran. On the Axis side of World War II were Germany, Japan, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Finland, Thailand, Iraq, Albania, Croatia, Slovakia, Manchukuo, China-Nanjing, Mengjiang, the Philippines, Burma, Azad Hind, and Vietnam.
